Welcome to Goodboy Gallery. By accessing or using our website (goodboygallery.co) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Goodboy Gallery provides custom digital and printed pet portraits. Because our products are made-to-order and personalized for each customer, certain policies related to returns, refunds, and cancellations differ from standard retail stores.

By using our site, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Custom Products & Artwork

Our portraits are created based on the photo(s) you upload. By submitting images, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photos, or

  • You have permission to use them

  • They do not infringe on copyright or violate any laws

You grant Goodboy Gallery a non-exclusive license to use the uploaded photo(s) solely for the purpose of creating your portrait and fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that involves inappropriate or harmful content.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information during checkout, including:

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Photo uploads

  • Pet name and customization details

Goodboy Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

Orders are not processed until payment is successfully completed.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because each portrait is custom-made:

  • Custom artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Digital products cannot be refunded once delivered

  • Printed items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase unless production has already started.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us at hello@goodboygallery.co with photos, and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on destination and production schedules. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Goodboy Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or factors outside our control.
If an order is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement after carrier confirmation.

8. Digital Delivery

Digital portraits are delivered via email download link.
Once delivered, the digital file cannot be refunded.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our site or services for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Uploading harmful or offensive content

  • Violating copyright or privacy laws

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

We reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are violated.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Goodboy Gallery, including digital designs, templates, graphics, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Goodboy Gallery.

You may not reproduce, resell, edit, or redistribute our art or site content without written permission.

You may print, share, or display the artwork you purchased for personal use.

11. Limitation of Liability

Goodboy Gallery is not liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Data loss

  • Delivery delays

  • Printing color variations

  • Damages arising from misuse of the product

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for your order.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
