Goodboy Gallery – Shipping Policy

Goodboy Gallery partners with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network, to produce and deliver your custom pet portraits as quickly and reliably as possible. This allows each order to be printed at the production center closest to your location, reducing shipping time, cost, and environmental impact.
Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works for your order.
📦 Production Time
All portraits are made to order.
Once your artwork is approved, Gelato begins production.
Typical production times:

Digital Artwork: Delivered in 1–3 days via email.

Printed Posters & Framed Portraits: 1–4 business days before shipping.

Peak Season (Nov–Dec): Production may take slightly longer due to increased volume.
You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your region and the closest Gelato production partner. Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 4–8 business days

United Kingdom: 2–6 business days

Europe: 3–8 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–15 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
🌍 Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. If Gelato does not support production or shipping to your region, you will be notified during checkout.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
🛠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes
For most orders, Gelato handles taxes/duties automatically.
However, in some countries, import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
📦 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Product type (poster, frame, canvas, etc.)

We may offer free shipping promotions during select periods.
❗ Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Goodboy Gallery is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Reshipping fees due to misentered addresses

🚨 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive:

Include your name, order number, and photos (for damaged items)
We will work with Gelato to issue a free replacement.
There is no need to return damaged items.
For lost packages, we can send a replacement once the carrier confirms it is lost.
📦 Multiple Items May Ship Separately
Because Gelato uses multiple production facilities, items in your order may ship from different locations and may arrive separately.
