🐾 Goodboy Gallery – Return & Refund Policy

At Goodboy Gallery, every portrait is custom-made using the photo you provide. Because each piece is uniquely created for your pet, we cannot accept returns once your order has been designed or delivered. However, we always want you to be thrilled with your artwork, and we stand behind the quality of every portrait.

📦 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items (Custom Products)

All custom pet portraits (digital or printed) are made to order.
For this reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom artwork.
We do not offer refunds for completed portraits unless there is an error on our end.

This policy is standard for personalized and made-to-order products.

✔️ Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If your portrait does not match what you ordered because of an issue on our side—such as:

Incorrect pet name
Wrong background or size
Printing defects
Shipping damage
Major color/quality issues due to production error

—we will fix the artwork or replace the item at no cost to you.

Your happiness matters to us, and we will always do our best to make things right.

📤 Digital Portraits

Digital products cannot be refunded once delivered.
If you are unhappy with your digital file, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you on a revision.

📦 Damaged or Defective Prints

If your framed portrait or print arrives damaged:

Include your name, order number, and photos of the damage
We will send a free replacement ASAP

There is no need to return the damaged item.

⏰ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase if we have not begun working on your portrait.
Once the artwork process has started, the order becomes non-refundable.

🚚 Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, we will resend your artwork for free after the carrier confirms the missing package.
